Working in collaboration with one of the largest charitable trusts in the UK, our proposed masterplan weaves nature and community into a sensitively designed development that reflects the character of Sandridge. The proposals comprise 84 homes set amongst a new linear park – a ‘Green Playscape’ combining biodiversity, play, learning, and sustainable design to foster a strong sense of place and community. With a landscape-led aspiration, the residential masterplan seeks to address environmental considerations holistically through the provision of natural buffers and green space.  Our scheme focusses on connecting the existing natural elements around the site to the proposed built form. Each principle reflects a strong commitment to placemaking, landscape integration, and community cohesion.
