Contracts exchanged on 9.75 acres allocated for housing in the Welwyn and Hatfield local plan. Our proposals comprise 125 homes with 35% affordable housing provision, arranged around a central green core encompassing open space, natural play and relaxation areas. Our proposals will reflect our continued commitment to design led regeneration and sustainability.
